Payment Methods: ZDAR Boot USA is committed to providing you with a safe and secure shopping experience. You can shop and make online payments with confidence. We have partnered with PayPal to offer safe and secure credit card and electronics payment facilities for our customers. ZDAR Boot USA accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa. Florida residents are subject to 7% sales tax on all items

Shoe Size: Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or Brannok device, can only approximate your true shoe size. Please also keep in mind the manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly. Sizing and cut will vary between brands. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by E-mail or phone.

Shipping & Returns
We will accept returns and exchanges for a store credit only. Items purchased online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 20 days after the purchase. We will not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased on sale and or clearance items. “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request an exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag. & Delivery: We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 3 business days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Standard shipping is typically via UPS ground and you should allow 5-10 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed on a summary screen prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the delivery location and method you select during the checkout process. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, provided that if the actual shipping charge is more than the amount shown on your invoice, we will contact you with the correct shipping costs before processing your order, and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. ZDAR Boot USA will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each.

International Orders outside USA

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies particularly to Europe and UK orders.


Sale Items
PLEASE NOTE : All sale items are deeply discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged. An item purchased on Sale that is not the right size, color or fit is not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sale and clearance items are considered Final Sale.

Exchange Policy: ZDAR Boot USA values your satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 15-days of the shipment date. No additional Shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Please print out your emailed invoice and write the style number and size that you would like to be reshipped with in exchange. All sale items are deeply discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged.Please include a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to call you to provide advice. We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are Final. However, we will exchange your purchase for a different Size or Style or provide a Store Credit within 20-days of receipt of your order. All items on sale are final and cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15-DAYS. RETURN APPAREL MUST BE UNUSED, UNSOILED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. APPAREL WHICH HAS BEEN SOILED, MISHANDLED, ABUSED, WADDED UP, LAUNDERED OR MISSING THE TAGS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PURCHASER. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AND THE PURCHASER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT AND HE OR SHE WILL FORFEIT ALL CLAIMS. AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT. IF THE ITEM YOU REQUEST IS OUT OF STOCK A ZDAR BOOT USA REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER STYLE /COLOR.
